We had booked online on excursions Tickets Direct website and we went to the office on our way to beach to make sure we have the right pick-up point and time the person at the shop was super friendly and confirmed we had the right pick up , we ended up booking another excursion she was that good! Booked a boat trip using this company, and they were great. I emailed a query to them and they responded almost immediately and directed me to their WhatsApp. They then helped us book a taxi to get us to the port, which may not sound much, but anyone who was in Playa Blanca at the same time will know how difficult the taxis were!
