Booked a boat trip using this company, and they were great. I emailed a query to them and they responded almost immediately and directed me to their WhatsApp. They then helped us book a taxi to get us to the port, which may not sound much, but anyone who was in Playa Blanca at the same time will know how difficult the taxis were! Would definitely use the company again.

Really friendly British gentleman served us. Not at all pushy and full of information. Leant us some beach stuff for our daughter to catch some fish... we werent successful but she loved being able to try. Was very happy with the tour we booked. Cheaper than the Jet2 offering and supports the local businesses.

We had booked online on excursions Tickets Direct website and we went to the office on our way to beach to make sure we have the right pick-up point and time the person at the shop was super friendly and confirmed we had the right pick up , we ended up booking another excursion she was that good!

We had a misunderstanding about our booking and these guys sorted it out quickly and completely. They were well within their rights not to (the fault was ours) but in any case they did. Not often organisations will do that. Would recommend highly.

This is the place to go for your excursions when in Lanzarote staff were extremely helpful and tours and experiences were most affordable a lot better than most of the other companies will definitely be using again when I come back to Lanzarote
